This place suits me perfectly, with free parking, a lovely bar area, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with bug spray. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for Xmas!

Fairly clean hotel in a lovely building close enough to restaurant, the Village Inn pub. Caring and smart staff with good manners. The rooms with a fridge, decent view and shower. Satisfactory breakfast for decaf coffee & tea. Unbeatable and magnificent location, in lovely surroundings. Nearby The Riverside - great place to chill out. Simply nothing to complain about, lovely stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the accommodation was excellent and the whole atmosphere of the place was superb. The standard of cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms, was second to none. As we got a very attractive rate for our stay we were very, very happy with the whole trip.
There was not anything we didn't like

The pool and steam room were a welcome escape, and the views from my room were fine. Plus, the complimentary cookies upon arrival were a good touch!

The central location means that Glasgow,Edinburgh,Perth, are all within 40 mins. It is suitable for a family holiday or equally a romantic break. We have been going to this hotel for 25yrs & enjoy leisure facilities, restaurant, whole ombience of the hotel.

The room was adequate given the price paid.
Poor service at check-in and at breakfast. Breakfast not particularly good. Far too many overnight coach parties. Not the ambience the word "Hydro" implies. Not a luxury hotel.
